To report a claim Monday through Friday during business hours, please call our office at 952-593-5025 or 800-800-6360. Dyste Williams office hours are 8am to 4:30pm Central Time.

After Business Hours or on the Weekend

Please leave us a voicemail message or send an email and we will call you back during office hours. If you need immediate assistance, consult the list of provider companies on the right. These carriers have emergency claims service and can take your information after business hours.

Your Dyste Williams customer service representative will follow your claim closely to make sure the insurance carrier handles it promptly and to your satisfaction. Please make sure to let us know as soon as you have a claim, or if you believe that you might. We are committed to helping you throughout the claims process and our involvement can ease your concerns and contribute to an optimal outcome.
